Terms of Service for Word Scramble: Unjumble Words

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Word Scramble: Unjumble Words ("the App"), published by ART AND ABODE LIMITED ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App is a free, offline, single-player word puzzle game. You unscramble letters to form English words across three difficulty levels. The App requires no account, no internet connection, and collects no personal data (see the Privacy Policy).

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, word lists, and code, is owned by ART AND ABODE LIMITED and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the App’s name, artwork, or branding.

6. Your Data

All gameplay data (best scores, words-solved count) is stored only on your device. You are responsible for it; uninstalling the App or using Settings → Reset Data permanently deletes it. We have no ability to recover it, because we never have a copy.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Updates may be required for continued use. We are under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ART AND ABODE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero).

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them; you may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
